It was a very wonderful stay. All staff is very supportive. I stayed with my 2 year old daughter for 3 days. The room is very neat and clean. The food is very tasty and with a variety of options

The property has amazing valley view very serene and peaceful, excellent stay, staffs are very polite and accommodating, the rooms were big comparatively, thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the property is huge and kept very clean, it has apple peach cherry orchard. A must place to visit to relax. Food is tasty a must try is their thai stir fry chicken. The location of the property is on the hills with the valley view direct. Those who love nature will just love it nature lovers will love this place as you will come across different birds chirping like melody. I went in start of rainy season wonder how beautiful it will be in winter. Absolutely fell in love with this clarks inn property

Firstly, its not in manali, its in jagatsukh. There is limited to no connectivity to manali which is approx 20 kms from there. Secondly, the management's behavior is horrendous. They dont provide items upfront and upon request, take hours to honor (if at all they do. The manager literally got into a verbal spat when complained about the poor quality of services, at the hotel reception itself. Third, the breakfast was cold and tasteless. When i asked for bananas, they just sliced the unpeeled banana which was just wasted. Fourth, there were dead flies all over the room. Fifth, there was a score of monitor lizards in the lawns. Lastly, the staff was so irresponsible that upon check out they loaded my luggage on to another vehicle.
